The fact that I am in Belp today with my "Genuss im RaumWerk" is thanks to the fateful encounter with Marc Probst. After a few inspiring conversations, it quickly became clear that our passion - even if very different at first glance - is exactly the same: the joy of exclusive pleasure and lifestyle.

For me, being a chef is simply the best job in the world. My passion for good food has taken me to travel halfway around the world. I have brought many recipes and kitchen secrets with me, especially from southern Europe and Asia. These flavors shape my kitchen today. Since 2022, my team and I have arrived at RaumWerk Belp. In addition to our production kitchen, we also have an ingenious show kitchen at our disposal, which is perfectly integrated into the Probst+Eggimann AG showroom. This gives our guests the unique opportunity to enjoy their menu with designer furniture, for example from Rimadesio. As much as I enjoy cooking live, I am also in front of and behind the camera for a wide variety of TV projects. I moderate workshops and have been able to give many customers - including those from outside the industry - new impulses on their path to success through my "out of the box" coaching.
