The must of aromatic Trebbiano grapes is thickened at a low temperature and refined with white wine vinegar. The condiment is stored in barrels for up to 3 years to create the perfect balance between sweetness and acidity. The addition of natural flavors makes the vinegar composition an exceptional seasoning with its own unique characteristics.
